I get the feeling that they are trying to nit only bust people cheating, but have such a huge list of requirements that are difficult to produce. It was a LOT I spent an hour uploaded over twenty documents they'd asked for, the most difficult part was the social and birth certificate required along with state id and a second photo identification. They finally got back to me with their list of paperwork to prove you really were self employed. I have sent everything in and am currently waiting for a change i will update everyone when something changes. But i suggest filling out and sending in any paper work you receive because they CAN and more then LIKELY will close your case for non-compliance. So it looks like we are all just playing a waiting game. None of my payments are on hold just read submitted. All my Bank information is there and can be seen. I have been receiving unemployment sense May on it with out a problem. I do use Chime and i have used it for over 2 years. When asked for a time frame he said 48 hours from the date of submission. He informed me that ONLY AFTER EVERYTHING is turned in will the review your case. After i submitted everything i called the Spanish line and was on hold less then 5 mins and spoke to an agent. I woke to a fact finding request in my inbox which again you can only attach one document and they request like 7 so i sent them in through the issues and determination location under the blue hyperlink located next to the fraud section. I called and was given the email to request a fact finding document which i received day before yesterday. Okay so i have had the same issue on July 15th i received two issues of fraud.
